First steps: Key Indicators
We’ve been building a system for estimating and visualizing the work of elites, their influence in various issues, their quality. The methodology of Global Ranking of Elites will be based on the Evolution Pathfinder Metasystem because the metasystem ensures flexibility in creating local indicators and allows dealing with complexity. To show what the very first steps look like, we can say that final conclusions will include 4 key indicators. Every key indicator in the Ranking reflects one of the crucial sides in relations “elite - social system”:
Key indicator #1 “Legitimacy”
Key indicator #1 presents the conclusion on legitimacy of the government in the social system
Key indicator #2 “Coherence”
Key indicator #2 reflects the appropriateness of the official name of the country in relation to the factual form of its government
Key indicator #3 “Law System”
Key indicator #3 “Law System” reflects the existence, structure, and quality of legal system in the social system
Key indicator #4 "Evolution of the Ecosystem”
Key indicator #4 “Evolution of the Ecosystem” reflects evolutionary characteristics of the social system and the focus of elites in evolutionary processes
